You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. AiViddeo is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use.

Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content generated and published through AiViddeo. By using our platform, you confirm that you have the rights or licenses needed to use any content submitted to us. AiViddeo is not liable for copyright violations, platform policy violations, or misuse of AI-generated content.

Intellectual Property

AiViddeo and its underlying technology, branding, and design are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our tools, subject to the licenses granted to third-party platforms upon publishing.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the platform. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in settings.

Limitation of Liability

AiViddeo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
